WinMor was founded by Sarah Cashin because she is passionate about building great leaders and unlocking outstanding performance.

Sarah worked in one of the world’s largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) businesses for many years after gaining a degree in Business Studies. She gained extensive experience from a variety of roles in Strategy development, Category management, Customer development, Innovation and in the Supply Chain, as well as leading major step-change projects involving all functions within the UK business. 

Throughout her time in that business she learnt more and more about experiencing all the facets of change within in an organisation such as process re-engineering, re-definition of responsibilities within a role, organisational re-structure, and redundancies, and understands it to be a very personal and individual experience. During any business change, each person affected will have their own unique experience of what that change means to them and in times of significant change can experience a series of emotional states known as a change curve.  When she is coaching or mentoring, Sarah has found that sharing her  knowledge and experience in this area can give her clients a much deeper understanding of their reactions and that of people around them.

She says ‘I have had a number of hugely challenging roles and was seen as something of a ‘fixer‘. In one case the strategy I developed and delivered turned around a product category worth c. £250m from 15% annual decline to growth. I led a number of multi-site, cross-functional projects to drive improvements in profit and productivity.  My most rewarding work came whenever I helped people to transform themselves and their work, helped them to perform at their best and to achieve things they thought were not possible. I believe that this is what great coaching is all about’.

Sarah has also been interested for many years in the field of personal development and is fascinated by the power of the mind in both holding us back and driving us forward.

Sarah believes that ‘everyone has the resources to achieve whatever it is they want, as long as they are motivated enough to achieve it’, and so she took the decision to leave the organisation and follow her passion for developing herself and others.

Sarah is an accredited coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (Diploma course accredited by the ICF, EMCC and Middlesex University). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AC). She is also a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

She also loves to explore new countries and cultures and is an enthusiastic photographer.
